2018 Wild Riverbank
The Riverbank grape (Vitis Riparia) was first acknowledged by the Vikings in 1000 A.D when they landed in North America and regarded it as an excellent wine grape They thought so much of it they called this land Vinland or "Wine-land- The Good." Our 2018 Vintage is actualization of this primal vision of these Northlanders. Big, lush, and fruit forward in flavor, our Riverbank wine is complex with tastes plum, fig and black cherry and even tobacco undertones. The color is deep and dark purple, almost indigo. This is a wine like no other.
